Special Personal Training Packages

Beyond Wellness

Are you new to the YMCA? Do you need more guidance to get you started with your workout routine? Beyond Wellness is for you! This package consists of six 30-minute sessions with a personal trainer. You will receive more guidance and education to ensure you are on the right track. (Members: $100)

Kick-Start

The YMCA Kick Start Package is designed for anyone who is ready to take their fitness to the next level. Whether you are completely new to the Y, or are tired of the same old boring fitness routine, our Kick Start Package is for you! This package includes 10 one-on-one personal training sessions that are completely designed around your own fitness levels and goals. The program includes two assessments (beginning and end) as well as nutritional advice based on PT programming and personal goals. (Members: $400)

Weight Loss

Do you want to shed unwanted pounds and build lean muscle? This package includes 12 one-on-one personal training sessions designed to challenge you appropriately with an emphasis on HIIT and circuit-style training to accelerate fat loss. Each session will be designed based on your current level of fitness and progression will be incorporated throughout the program. The Weight Loss Package will also place a strong emphasis on nutritional education in order to provide you will the tools necessary to eat in a healthy fashion that promotes fat loss. The package includes two assessments (beginning and end) as well as nutritional advice based on PT programming and personal goals. (Members: $455)

Customized Personal Training

If none of these packages suit your needs, please contact us. We would be happy to help you create a customized package designed specifically for you. We can incorporate activity-specific sessions into your routine such as squash and yoga. Whatever your goals are, we are here to help you achieve them!
